Our Coaches
We are committed to providing our players with high-quality instruction. Our coaching staff adheres to the following standards:
- Licensing: All coaches hold, at minimum, a US Soccer Grassroots License or are actively working towards it, as well as Rush Way Level 1 certification. The majority of our coaches hold a US Soccer D License or higher.
- Continuous Development: Our coaches benefit from ongoing education and receive regular feedback from Age Group Directors, the Director of Coaching, and the Executive Director, ensuring they are equipped with the latest coaching methodologies.game.

- League Competition: Our teams actively participate in various competitive leagues, providing diverse and challenging match experiences.
- Tournament Participation: Teams typically participate in 3 to 4 tournaments per season, with generally one of these events involving out-of-state travel.
Training Environment
- Premier Facilities: All training sessions are conducted at the renowned National Sports Center in Blaine, offering access to top-tier training grounds.
- Surface Variety: Rush teams benefit from access to both high-quality turf and natural grass fields, allowing for varied training conditions.
- Indoor Winter Training: During the winter months, training sessions are held in the indoor dome at the National Sports Center, ensuring consistent development year-round.

Rush teams participate in the following esteemed leagues:
- ECNL Regional League
- TCSL National Premier League (NPL)
- USYS National League
- Twin Cities Soccer League (TCSL)
- Minnesota Academy League (MN Academy)
Additional Development Programs
We offer supplementary programs designed to enhance player development beyond regular team training:
- FHIT Training: All teams participate in weekly, focused fitness training sessions during the winter months to improve athleticism and prevent injury.
- Open Soccer: Throughout the winter season, all registered players have the opportunity to participate in unstructured "open soccer" sessions, encouraging individual skill development and a love for the game.
- North Alliance Rush Select (NARS): Select players may have the opportunity to participate in additional training and competitive matches with teams composed of players from other Rush Soccer Club partners.
- Goalkeeper Academy: We offer a specialized Goalkeeper Academy, providing focused training for aspiring goalkeepers at no additional cost.

Talented players should not be limited by their financial situation. Our pricing is competitive with other soccer clubs while offering a higher level of service. We also have financial aid available for those in need.
