We understand that not everybody has the same background and experience with soccer, because of this, TC Rush supports our volunteer coaches by scheduling practices and games, offering coach education programs, distributing practice plans, providing guidance from TC Rush full time coaches, and providing coach equipment such as cones and pennies.

Twin Cities Rush provides player jerseys. Players must wear soccer socks, closed toed shoes or soccer cleats, athletic shorts, and shin guards. Player is responsible for a bringing soccer ball each day.

*We are currently in the middle of the uniform cycle. If you participated in the Spring/Summer and/or Fall 2022 season the jerseys you received will be the jerseys you use for the Winter season.

If you did NOT participate in the Spring/Summer or Fall 2022 Rec season, you will receive your jerseys the first day of training.

The rush Way

Recreational soccer stresses the participation, enjoyment, sportsmanship, skill development, safety, and teamwork aspects of the game. The goal is for the players to learn and fall in love with the sport of soccer.

Our recreational teams are formed by Rush staff and coached by parent volunteers. All recreational teams will be coached by a parent volunteer. Rush staff will support this volunteer parent with coaching education tools and pre-made training sessions to ensure a great environment for the players.
